The gap we saw
Artemis was founded on a simple truth: “the right people change what’s possible.” Built by leaders across technology, consulting, AI, and business transformation, the founders shared a common experience: despite decades at the highest levels of business, access, trust, and community were often missing at the moments they mattered most.
What we’re building
Artemis exists to change that. It is a curated community where ambitious women connect with intention, share insight without hesitation, and open doors for one another — because “one conversation can change a career” and “the right community can shift the trajectory of a life.”
Meet Jennifer Zanich
Jennifer built Artemis from a career-long belief that women achieve more when they have access to the right people, insight, opportunity, and support. After 30+ years leading and scaling companies across technology, media, SaaS, and digital industries, she saw firsthand that ambitious women were navigating complex decisions without a consistent, trusted community around them. "Formal networks existed. Inspiration existed. But what was missing was something more practical, more personal, and more enduring."
That gap became the catalyst for Artemis — a place where insight, experience, opportunity, and trust intersect. Jennifer co-founded Artemis to ensure women no longer build their careers in isolation, but through connection, generosity, and shared momentum. "Because the right conversation changes everything."
Meet Rob Saltrese
Rob’s belief in Artemis is rooted in a simple principle: technology and progress only matter when they strengthen people. Across 25 years in AI, technology, and organisational transformation, he has seen how clarity, collaboration, and human connection accelerate outcomes far more than strategy alone. His work has always centred on aligning people and simplifying complexity so ideas can become action.
As a co-founder of Artemis, Rob is helping build a community where ambition is matched with support and where relationships become a catalyst for meaningful progress. He believes deeply that "when the right people come together with openness and intent, outcomes change," and Artemis is designed to make those moments happen for ambitious women.
Meet Carly Wilson
Carly has spent her career helping organisations navigate change and unlock growth — and throughout that journey, she has seen how careers and opportunities are transformed through connection. She knows that many pivotal moments begin with a conversation, a shared experience, or an introduction made at exactly the right time. "That belief sits at the heart of Artemis."
As a co-founder, Carly is committed to creating spaces where ambitious women feel welcomed, inspired, and empowered to make bold moves. For her, Artemis is a platform for growth, connection, and possibility — a community where women champion one another, navigate challenges together, and open doors for the next generation of leaders.
